Leadership Effectiveness & Adaptability Description (LEAD) Inventory
Developed by Center for Leadership Studies (1990). LEAD Self: Leadership style/perception of self. San Diego: Center for Leadership Studies

My leadership style as reported by this inventory is one of Participating (S3) with a score of 6, and Selling (S2) with a score of 5. Participating is my primary style and works best with folks that are able to perform but tend to be unwilling or insecure (R3). My secondary style, Selling, works well with folks that are unable to perform but are willing or confident (R2).

My level of adaptability score was 28 in a range of 24-29, indicating a moderate degree of adaptability. This also indicates a pronounced primary leadership style with less flexibility into the secondary style. If my score were 30 or above it would indicate a high degree of adaptability.
