The Kolb Learning Style Inventory
Kolb, D. A. (1999): The Kolb learning style inventory.
Boston: Hay Resources Direct

The above is an illustration of the "kite" that resulted in taking the learning style inventory. The instrument indicated that I take in experience through abstract conceptualization and that I deal with experience through active experimentation.

My learning style is described as a "converging" type. Those with this type of learning style are best at finding practical uses for ideas and theories. I have the ability to solve problems and make decisions based on finding solutions to questions or problems and I would rather deal with technical tasks and problems than with social and interpersonal issues. Consequently, I am well suited for careers in technology.

These observations are accurate.
