The years that have slipped quietly away show no sign of any attempt towards, or the understanding of, a plan, strategic or otherwise, that may have invaded my thoughts regarding the development of a philosophy of educational leadership until I was faced with the need to clarify my own career goals as a consequence of my experiences at Azusa Pacific University.

Encouraged by Parker Palmer, I have decided to let my life speak and risk placing my transparent self on the table. Within these pages is my philosophy of educational leadership and those factors that contributed to the development of that philosophy; plus a few pictures that I took to make it interesting.
